In this role I am responsible for delegating projects and responsibilities daily to the product approval team and oversee that the team is following set procedures to streamline work. As well, I translate sourcing information for new products and package shapes into master template files for all of the art team to use for print setups.

In addition to my daily duties, I also provide leadership and guidance to Production Design and Licensing teams.

In my position I not only get to work as part of a creative team but I get to work in the pop-culture industry and apply the knowledge of different brands that I know well from growing up, which allows me to ensure products meet brand expectations that fans like myself hold.
